The month begins. The energy shifts. This is your invitation to pause, soften, and realign.


I created this workshop from my own healing — shaped by years of emotional weight, inner searching, and the quiet strength I found in group spaces. Women’s circles helped me soften the parts of myself I’d been holding tight — the roles, the guilt, the silent expectations. That’s what I want to offer you now: a space where you can breathe, be seen, and feel safe to grow.


Return to Rhythm is a spiritually guided group healing session designed to help you begin the month grounded, emotionally clear, and energetically attuned. We’ll move gently through breath, intuitive activation, chakra alignment, and guided rest — while also tending to the tender truths that live in your body.


This isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about returning to YOU.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring

  • Bring your own additional pillow and cushions to ensure your comfort as you will be lying on a floor mat for the duration of the session.

  • Comfortable clothes/pajama's for gentle movement and socks to keep you warm.

  • A journal or notebook

  • Water bottle.
