You wonder, “Is this me? Or is something shifting inside?”

Hormones & Holding is a gentle, energetically guided healing session for anyone navigating emotional overwhelm linked to hormonal changes — from young women experiencing early hormonal imbalances to those moving through PMS, perimenopause, postpartum waves, or simply the quiet chaos of being in a sensitive body.

We’ll breathe, release, and move — together all with divine energy guidance.

• Energetic healing to soothe and let go off emotional imbalance

• Breathwork and intuitive movement to restore feminine flow

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring

• Bring your own additional pillow and cushions to ensure your comfort as you will be lying on a floor mat for the duration of the session.

• Comfortable clothes/pajama's for gentle movement and socks to keep you warm.

• A journal or notebook

• Water bottle.
